Terms of Service

In this Terms of Service, the words "you" and "your" will refer to each customer,
while "I", “me” and "my" refers to the artist, Hanymelon

I. General Terms

  • By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically accept the terms of service

  • I retain the right to change my terms and/or prices without prior notice.

  • I have the right to decline your request

  • Either party may cancel the commission before the payment is received.

II. Copyright and reproduction

  • The artist reserves rights to:

  • Include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles, commission sheets, etc.

  • Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc (unless the commissioned art is of an individual, or the commissioner’s original character)

  • Modify, edit and repurpose the commissioned piece

  • Claim the commission piece as their own

  • Commissioner and other parties may not:

  • Include commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.

  • Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc without purchasing the rights for commercial use*

  • Modify, edit and repurpose the commissioned piece

  • Claim the commission piece as their own

  • Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credit to the artist

  • Sell commissions for NFT

** * A purchase of the rights for commercial use of the artwork will either be:

  • 2x Price, commercial use when artwork is not the bulk of the product. (promotional material, game assets, social media artwork, business cards, YouTube videos, etc.)

  • 3x Price, commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product. (postcards, merchandise, shirts, body pillows, etc.)
